Shipping + Pickup + Local Delivery

We offer first-class ($5) or priority ($15) shipping via USPS to delivery addresses within the United States—we are unable to ship internationally at this time. We also offer free pickup at Manhattan Dermatology, as well as free local delivery in the South Bay (within 5 miles) on Thursdays. You will be able to select these options at checkout.

Return Policy

We want you to love your skin care regimen! If you are unhappy with a product, please return it within two weeks for an exchange or refund. Products may be returned in-person to Manhattan Dermatology or via shipping of your choice. If you need to return an item, please call 310.546.1188 or send an email to hello@whereyougotoglow.com.

Please note that returned items are your responsibility until they reach the return address. A refund will be issued once we receive returned items and does not include any shipping or handling charges. Your refund will either be credited to the credit card used for the original transaction, or returned for store credit. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete.

Order + Shipping Confirmation

When your order has been successfully placed, we will send you an email confirmation containing your order number and shipping method. Orders can take up to 2 days to be processed and shipped. We will send you a confirmation email once your order is ready to ship with your tracking information or be picked up if you have selected store pickup, or estimated time of drop off if you have selected local delivery.

Orders over $500

Delivery of orders in excess of $500 require a signature acknowledging receipt to be delivered. Deliveries may not be left if you, or an authorized signer (18 years of age or older), are not present to accept delivery.

Taxes

Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
